Dawn Brooks

Dawn has been in real estate for over 20 years including property management, construction management and Director of Facilities for a national insurance company that owned commercial real estate throughout the U.S.

Since moving to Tampa Dawn held a position with Coldwell Banker as Director of Operations for the REO division where her staff managed the expenses, utilities, invoices, tasks, contractors’ bids / repairs and BPO’s in five different REO systems.

Dawn left Coldwell Banker for a position at a large Tampa law firm where she was the Director of Facilities managing all vendors, contractors and the acquisition and rehab of a multi-million-dollar facility that would become the new headquarters for the firm.

Dawn joined the GenStone Realty brokerage in January 2019 and has been assigned dozens of properties for various clients. With over 6 Million in sales, she has several long-standing relationships with local contractors from her previous positions.
