Chris Nelson

A lifelong resident of Philadelphia area, Christopher Nelson is an esteemed agent with GenStone Realty. Having inherited an entrepreneurial spirit from his grandfather, who rose from the ashes of the great depression to go on and launch not one, but two successful businesses, Chris always valued the principle of helping others and putting a customer’s most important needs first. It was during his time as a student at Montgomery County Community College that he decided to follow this calling, and obtained his Real Estate certification.

Having been serving the residents of the Greater Philadelphia Area since 2002, his commitment to excellence was rewarded with the Five Star Award, back in 2014. As voted on by the readers of Philadelphia Magazine, this award is given to those who demonstrate an exemplary level of dedication to providing a real estate experience that is second-to-none, and was awarded to Mr. Nelson as a result of his tireless efforts in helping clients realize their home-ownership dreams. As a knowledgeable and experienced listing agent, Chris specializes in working with sellers, first time home buyers, as well as those seeking luxury-style homes.

In his free time, Chris, his wife Nicole, and their four children enjoy relaxing on the shore. He can also be found enjoying his favorite craft beer, and is always interested in discovering new ones. As a proponent of leading an active lifestyle, he stays in shape by regularly participating in road cycling, and by keeping busy with his dog. He also has a passion for videography, and finds ways to implement his hobby into his day to day work routine.
