Genstone Realty is proud to highlight Christina Griffin, Senior Vice President of Agent Growth & Success, following her participation in Velocity 2026, A FORCE Conference, held May 20 and 21 in New Orleans.
During a panel focused on future-proofing real estate businesses, Christina joined industry leaders Joe Peterson of iList Tech, Dan Noma of Easy Street Offers, and Thomas Tersigni of Zoom Casa. The group discussed how changing consumer expectations, artificial intelligence, and alternative selling strategies are reshaping the role of today’s real estate professional.
Christina emphasized that homeowners are looking for guidance tailored to their individual circumstances, not a one-size-fits-all sales presentation.
“People want solutions,” Christina shared. “A cash offer is your foot in the door.”
Her message was clear: successful agents should focus on solving problems and giving sellers choices. A traditional MLS listing may be the right solution for one homeowner, while another may benefit from an instant cash offer, a buy-before-you-sell program, or another creative selling strategy.
Christina also explained that cash offers can serve as valuable conversation starters, particularly for homeowners navigating expired listings, pre-foreclosures, probate, divorce, bankruptcy, or distressed rental situations. By first understanding a homeowner’s motivation, agents can build trust and recommend a path aligned with the client’s goals.
Another important topic was the growing role of artificial intelligence and data-driven prospecting. Christina shared how agents can combine AI, public records, and market data to identify homeowners experiencing financial pressure or significant life events. These tools allow agents to prioritize meaningful opportunities instead of manually sorting through large volumes of leads.
Technology, however, is only part of the equation. Strong prospecting, consistent follow-up, and genuine relationship-building remain essential. The agents best positioned for long-term success will be those who use modern tools to work more intelligently while continuing to lead with empathy, expertise, and service.
Christina’s participation at Velocity 2026 reflects the forward-thinking leadership she brings to Genstone Realty’s agent growth and development initiatives. Her solutions-first approach helps real estate professionals adapt to changing markets, strengthen client relationships, and create new opportunities for the homeowners they serve.
